By filling out the form and the project requirements, you provide an overview of the project. To make the services more seamless, we offer online and offline contact resources to ensure the accessibility of the services and customer support.

2. Use of the site, services, and content

Web Vision Studios may modify its services and add, change or delete the features of the services at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the clients. Your continued use of the services after the changes constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions after the changes.

The content, including text, graphics, images, logos, user interface, visuals, software, trademark, and other website content, is authorised under copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to violate the laws by copying, reproducing, displaying, or otherwise using content present at the website. You also agree not to misuse the content that appears on Web Vision Studios.

Furthermore, you agree to use the services offered by Web Vision Studios at your own risk, and Web Vision Studios shall not be held liable. It is the consumer's sole responsibility to ensure the products, services, and information consumed through the website meets your requirements.

The content provided by the clients for the use in the websites and the information provided to be used in the creation of website content is the sole responsibility of the user of Web Vision Studios. We do not claim ownership or control over the content and information provided for the services. Any image, text, visuals, logos, user interface, trademark, and other content provided by the user is responsible for protecting rights, as appropriate.

3. Backup and Data Loss

As the term stated in this agreement, Web Vision Studios makes it clear that the consumers avail the services of the website at their own risk. In any case, the website does not ensure any loss of data encountered. With the stated agreement, the users agree to take full responsibility for using the site and its consequences.

4. Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies are made to provide maximum security to the Client and Company. The following terms will be applied in the event an order is canceled unless Web Vision Studio cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than breach or non-performance.

4.1 All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

General Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of order placement. This policy will not be applicable if the initial contents/designs are delivered or revisions are requested within the mentioned timeframe. Similarly, no refund requests due to a change of mind will be entertained after the mentioned timeframe.
• Pre-delivery Refund: If a request for a refund is made before the delivery of the initial content(s), then you would be eligible for a Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Post-delivery Refund:
• If a request for a refund is made within 48 hours of the initial content delivery, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• If a request for a refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial content delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
• No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial content delivery, however, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you're encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
• Order Inactivity: No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your content order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
• Final Deliverables: No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
• Custom Packages: For Web Vision Studios, a custom package refund will be applicable as it is for single packages. For example, if you order a logo and book cover design service and approve the logo, you can claim a refund for the book cover design service only at the time of initial content.
• Refund Reasons: A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the content brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been contented according to the brief, a refund will not be given, however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
• Good Faith: Money-back guarantee is based on the term that the order is placed in good faith. When a customer has placed content orders with more than one content agency for the same job to claim a refund, we do not consider it good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
• Customer Feedback: All content jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the content, therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results.
• Unique Content: 100% unique content guarantee entitles you to re-draw if our contented book cover is found considerably similar to another book cover concept that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing concept will be merely a coincidence and Web Vision Studios will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client's responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.

4.2 Specific Service Refund Policies

• Book Cover Design: No refund request will be entertained after the final book cover design has been approved or revision are requested.
• Audiobook Publishing: No refund request will be entertained after the audiobook production process has started (e.g., narration, editing, mastering).
• Book Publishing: No refund request will be entertained after the book has been formatted for publishing or after the book has been uploaded to the publishing platform.
• Book Printing: No refund request will be entertained after the book printing process has started.
• Book Writing: No refund request will be entertained after the initial draft of the book has been delivered.
• Book Editing: No refund request will be entertained after the editing process has started.
• Video Animation: No refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
• Audio Content: No refund request will be entertained after the voiceover process has started for any form of video or audiobook, etc.
• Logo Design: No refunds are available after the final logo design has been approved.
• Website Design & Development: No refunds are available after website development is complete or launched.

4.3 How to claim your refund

To ensure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements

The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.

• Since the content rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
• Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Web Vision Studios would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded contents that would restrict the re-use of the contents as original contents in the future. All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Web Vision Studios, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case-to-case basis.

5. Liability

You acknowledge and agree that except as specified in the terms and conditions of the use of services, no representations, warranties or promises of any kind have been made to you by Web Vision Studios regarding the use of the website or the content.

Neither the website nor its licensors, representatives, affiliates, employees, shareholders or directors shall be held responsible or liable for the damage of any kind including, but not limited to data transfers, omission, errors and misstatement of the information and services provided under the agreement, website access interruption, corruption or deletion of the website from the server and other claims.

The professionals at Web Vision Studios strive to fix any bugs and errors in the website to ensure a seamless website experience for the users. Any reliance placed on Web Vision Studios will be at your sole responsibility and risk.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Web Vision Studios harmless from any claims, loss and expenses, including the legal fees related to your misuse of the website or break of the terms and conditions.

In case that you use this website and content in any manner unauthorised or otherwise infringe the rights of other consumers, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Web Vision Studios professionals and personnel harmless against the losses, costs and damages, including the attorney's fees, incurred by them as a result of unauthorised use of the site and the breach of the contract of these terms of use.

7. Termination

Web Vision Studios hold the right to suspend or terminate and refuse any and all current or future services in case of a breach of the provisions of the terms. Such termination may result in the relinquishment of all the content provided to or by Web Vision Studios. Web Vision Studios reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason at any given time.

In any case, the endowment of this agreement is deemed invalid, such invalidity shall not hinder the remainder of the terms of agreement by any means. Web Vision Studios reserves the right to amend and replace the invalid provisions to achieve the original objective and intent of the terms and conditions.

This agreement surpasses and governs all the previous proposals, agreements and other communications made to the users of Web Vision Studios.

8. Miscellaneous

You acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions relating to the use of the website. Web Vision Studios reserves the right to change the terms of use of the agreement or modify any site or services feature.
